The cashier was very polite even though the scanner was not properly scanning. He was outstanding!!! He turned it to a very pleasant experience even though it could have been far worst.. Give him a shout out!! GREAT Customer Service young man!
The line was four people deep at the Customer Service, he held it together!!! This was Sunday 3/15/26 between the hour of 3:45 - 5:00

I recommend ordering before so you don’t have to walk around and find everything. I’m in hardware stores all the time and it still takes me much more time than it does to take the people that pick orders. If you don’t wanna waste your time order online and pick up.

If I could leave negative stars I would. “Kim” the assistant manager is the most unprofessional, rude, mean, person I have ever seen in my life. Something happened with our receipt at the end of our purchase. $445!!!! They removed the money from our account and kept all of our purchases. So because of there mess up we left Lowe’s with them keeping $445 of stuff for our home that came out of our account. Kim should be fired from Lowe’s immediately. I am a veteran and a Lowe’s member. Coorperate heard the way she was speaking to me.

Web shopping totally sucks. Bait and switch pricing is the norm when online shopping. You will NOT know the final, final price until you checkout and submit your card. Usually $50 added on. Then you might be tempted to call "customer service", once you're actually connected to an agent in Bangadesh...good luck.

The staff at the Henderson Lowe's are my heroes. Tonight we had a hose break on our hot water heater at 8:40pm. I determined what I needed and jumped in my car to try to get there before they closed. I called the store while I was on my way. The man on the phone was very professional and said he would keep an eye out for me. I got there right at 9pm. The held one register open for me let me get the part I needed and I cashed out at 9:03. Y'all are my heroes. Thank you all so much.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
