You will NOT know the final, final price until you checkout and submit your card. Usually $50 added on. I determined what I needed and jumped in my car to try to get there before they closed. I called the store while I was on my way. The man on the phone was very professional and said he would keep an eye out for me. I got there right at 9pm. The held one register open for me let me get the part I needed and I cashed out at 9:03. Y'all are my heroes. Thank you all so much.

Recently, all experiences have fallen on the excellent side of the scale! After having a house fire in November, I've been back and forth from Lowes at least 7 times within the last two months to get packing supplies and large bins as we salvage and pack up what we can - 5 times out of those 7 trips, I have had to ask for help to access the large bins (and we're talking between 10-30 bins each trip). There has always been an associate to help, and they have done so with a positive attitude. One trip, I needed to get 4 keys cut and help my mom get some of those bins. The same lady (whose name I can't remember, but she is African American, her vest had all kinds of pins on it, and she has the most beautiful braids I've ever seen) helped me with both tasks. She is kind, professional, and a joy to work with! We left with both missions accomplished and the burden of the day's stress alleviated. THANK YOU!
