Girl called someone to plumbing they never showed up. Went to homedepot in wake forest. If they ever come to henderson area you will have to close the doors

Horrible customer service from this Hispanic lady name Leslie. My boyfriend was asking some questions about an order. She gave nothing but bad service, her look said it all like she was having a bad day. I approached her and did tell her she should work somewhere else, but helping others. I work in customer service. My customers love. They’ll bring me food, coffee, gifts and I love them back. Hope someone read this and pay attention to their workers.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
