    There appliance center is a joke. Make sure you get the extra insurance. There delivery and setup team is horrible. They delivered me a broken refrigerator on a friday and wouldn't fix it or replace it. I had to fight with the store manager to replace it after the weekend. This was due to the delivery team not adding all the notes. Thank God he gave me his number and texted me they would fix it. So 2 weeks later we got a new refrigerator. Lost $600 in food.

    My wife fell in love with this silly looking thing- a seasonal holiday item that was the last one on display. The fake bark around his body was loose and practically falling off. He was in pitiful condition. She asked for consideration on the price because he was in such poor condition. Shame on you Lowes for denying her request on a damaged item. I would have walked out, but it was love at first sight with her cross eyed “Loggerhead.” We nursed him with some Titebond and his fake greens are now live fresh greens. At least a 10 pointer, sporting a bow tie and an odd looking bird cleaning up some nits he picked up in your store. Bah humbug to Lowes. We’ll have laughs every year in spite of you.

    Had a good in store experience on my 2nd visit, we wont involve the first. Anyway purchased 4700.00 in appliance, 2 Ranges, 1 washer fryer set and a over the range microwave. Following day started receiving messages about delivery from a couple of different stores but all items were accounted for. Day before 2 items were to be delivered Dryer and 1 Range, I received a call stating the items were not available and I needed to come in and choose replacement items. Now when you shop for appliances al of the choices are there for you to choose from and no point in time was I looking for a second option. I cancelled the entire order and had to return to the store to receive the complete refund as they only credited part of it stating i took the other items. Long story short terrible experience, no one offered a viable solution nor did they seem to care. This is the only Home Improvement store in close but I will be making the drive to Wilmington or Jacksonville going forward. In this difficult retail environment I would have hoped for a better experience. Buyer beware when ordering anything requiring delivery!!!!

    Tried to return an (unopened) ceiling fan today - I told them store credit was fine as I needed something else. They told me they would not accept it because it was outside of the return policy. Even though it was unopened and still actively being sold in the store. I will no longer be shopping there for my home renovations.
