He was busy helping another customer, but took my number and returned the call as promised. When I called back the next day, he answered the phone, but was busy helping a customer again. As promised he returned my call a second time and processed payment for the ladder. He followed through again (the third time) by emailing a copy of the paid invoice. I’m highly impressed. He followed through 3 out of 3 times. In today’s world that’s rare and refreshing. Thank you SiteOne and Daniel for a great customer experience!
