    Resorting to reviews in hopes of getting some actual help. My husband and I have been in a months long situation trying to get our refund on a carpet install. We decided after calling in to cancel a portion of our carpet installation and were told explicitly on the phone that it would be no problem to do so and get a full refund for that portion without any penalty. I was actually surprised at how kind and easy that part of my request was. Our experience up to that point was incredible and we were excited to use the Lowe’s for our home projects. It quickly turned into a nightmare. This has been going on since August. I still do not have my money back. Not one person has followed up or followed through on what we’ve been told they would do. I have never been more disappointed with an experience as I am with this one. As someone who works in high level customer service I cannot wrap my head around how terrible this has been.

    Went into store to buy a kitchen sink and faucet. Tried to help myself but could not locate sink that was on website in the spot it was supposed to be in Went to washer dryer section where a elderly gentleman with lowes vest and A mask was on cell phone leaning on a basket asked him if he could get me some help. He nodded. Went back to sink area waited nothing Walked back to him he was helping a couple purchase a washer and dryer the hell with me. Walked towards customs service desk young guy working at spray paint section with cell phone stuck to his ear working hard for that LOWES PAYCHECK got to customer service desk young girl leaning across desk on her cell phone stood there a few seconds said excuse me could you get someone to help me in kitchen sink area OK Back to the sinks I go. NO-ONE EVER SHOWED. Left that store went to winterville store bought sink in and out in 10 minutes. My husband spoke to the RUDE MANAGER Holly ON 10th street lowes after he had to call home office because she would not answer page in store probably not doing her job EITHER . She said we’re short staffed but I’ll look at the cameras Called him back two days later said your wife was only in here 20 minutes and she was all over the store. YES ROCKET SCIENTIST I WAS LOOKING FOR SOME HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! JUST RUDE. GUESS ANY ONE CAN BE A MANAGER RIGHT??? MY SUGGESTION GO TO LOWES IN WINTERVILLE THIS WAS MY SECOND AND LAST BAD EXPERIENCE AT THAT LOWES FIRST TIME WAS WITH RICCO ———AND TO HOLLY DO BETTER OR MOVE ON. I worked at Lowe’s back in the day THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYMORE ANYWHERE!

    very rude people work here. Asked the lady at the front door next to the paint department and she was snotty and rude and said go ask the return department, Instead of getting on her little phone and calling somebody , she couldn't be bothered
