    We were in need of a washer and dryer - the saleswoman we spoke with was well versed in the products. The delivery men were courteous and did a great job as well.

    Called December 15 to inquire about a freezer as a gift to my daughter and SIL. Blake processed the order and said it would take at least 2 weeks to be delivered due to the holidays. He called my daughter with the delivery date and the delivery was on time! This store beat the big box store price and the customer service was awesome!

    Company processed my financing account credit card $2,500 before sale was finalized. I was awaiting more info on their delivery date schedule, as this would determine whether I moved forward or not with this sale. Spoke with the "finance guy" (his words) again and basically would not let me talk, I said you just lost a $3,000 sale and he said I don't care. I pretty much already got the sense they don't care. This local business leaves me with a negative mark on them. I have been doing Google Advisor Reviews for years!

    Called to order some refrigerators for our apartments but was told to leave name and number and would receive a call back. 1 week later no response. I called the store and talked to someone named Ray. He did not tell me why or anything. I told him we were gonna place a order if we received a call but his response was just sorry about that. Have a nice day. Will not recommend this appliance store whatsoever. No compassion or customer service for our business. Customer service is not a priority here.
