    BUYER BEWARE: Ferguson’s Inc in Greenville, NC. I picked out a shower on their website and my builder placed an order. However, the picture on the website did not match the model number that was showing so the wrong shower was order by Ferguson. The shower arrived and it was quickly realized that it would not work. In the meantime another shower was delivered by Ferguson. We decided to keep the second shower to make it simpler. When the builder installed the shower one of the corner pieces broke. The builder went to reorder the corner pieces and Ferguson could not find a record of the shower so they could not order a replacement. Our builder talked to both Ike and the general manager at Ferguson in Greenville North Carolina and they could not find a record of ordering the shower and refused to give a credit for the shower that we returned because they could not figure out what to charge for the shower that we received. After going into Ferguson’s myself and talking to both Natalie and Matt they assured me they would try their best to get to the bottom of it. Weeks later after following up I was told that they tried and could not get up with Bella Core to order the replacement part (the company they bought the shower through), apparently Ike was not willing to help. I went to Bella Core website and within 10 minutes, I was able to find the corner piece and order it. I was also able to find the shower that I actually had. The Bella Core rep could not have been more helpful. I went back to Furgerson’s to show them that the shower I ended up with was cheaper (than the one they billed me for) so they would give me the credit I deserved. Again, Ike was busy and could not talk to me and Natalie assured me she would talk to him and get it corrected. Ike decided he would just leave it like it is and not give me the credit I was owed. So, just beware if you order anything from them and have a problem and need their support you may not get it.

How long do I have to return an item?

For most items, you may initiate a return for refund of the purchase price (not including shipping) within 90 days of receipt. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 90 days from receipt of the order. Refunds will be applied to your account (minus return shipping) once the item(s) has been received and inspected by our warehouse team.
