    I called ahead to make sure they could cut glass. I got there and asked for help, and they told me to wait by the glass. I waited for 1/2 hour with no help arriving. Lowes seems to no longer have staff that can help, just warm bodies who know very little about home improvement.

    Lowe's is also not stocking some things back. Some of the workers know what they are doing.

    Had the absolutely worst experience with an employee by the name of Levi. He was extremely rude and when I asked for help, seemed as he didn't have the time. Completely unprofessional!!!

    Get used to this bench if you do an order for pickup. Seems to be a pattern with Lowe’s when trying to buy an appliance. I ordered a dishwasher for pickup from the South Forty location and, when I went to pick it up, they discovered they did not have it. The woman there called this Lowe’s to confirm they had two in stock and told them I was on my way over. Got here and it was not ready for pickup. The frustrated guy who handles this told me it wasn’t ready and that there were 6 other pick up orders he has to pick first and that he wouldn’t expedite my order, even after the hassle with the locations and that I am the only customer waiting on a pickup order. It is now 7:30pm on a Monday and the guy went into an office next to the pickup area a while ago (the door next to the bench, not where dishwasher would be located) and has not come out for 20 minutes so far. No end in sight to this poor customer service. Same experience last time I tried to buy an appliance at Lowe’s where the website said one location had it but they did not, and brutal service ensued. It turns out Miguel who refused to help with this is the manager!

    This was an awful experience. If I had not been paying close attention, I would not have noticed that the wrong range was delivered. In addition, the delivery team initially refused to install the dishwasher, stating that if it was not already unplugged, they could not proceed—something that was not communicated beforehand. After the dishwasher was eventually installed, I discovered three dents in the unit. This reflects a serious lack of care and quality control. Overall, Lowe’s did a poor job delivering the correct product and ensuring the appliance was in acceptable condition. This experience was disappointing and unprofessional.
