    Terrible customer service here. Spent 20 minutes waiting for a “wire specialist” to help cut some wires. What’s the point of having buttons to press for assistance when no one shows up? Better yet 3 people up front that can’t even give me an answer if the “WS” is available.

    This location has got the worse customer service I have ever experienced! I work in customer service and if we were to treat customers the way the employees do here, we wouldn’t have a job. Nobody here cares to do anything to help you. I purchased a lawn mower, trimmer, and outdoor furniture set (spent a couple thousand dollars!) and when I came to pick up, I was pointed to where it “might be” to load myself. After two uses of the lawn mower recoil quit working and when returning it I was treated like i did something wrong and Tamesha is the manager here and I spoke with her. She was angry because they took the mower back with fluids in it and they accepted the return. I told her I got up this morning to mow my lawn and found it would be start. She proceeded to say they should not have taken it back with fluids in it. I understand that 💯 because of fire risk and I wanted to get the fuel out of it because I run premium in all my small engines. I simply could not siphon or pour it out. When getting the replacement mower I had to make them bring it out to my car. Out of a group of about 5 employees nobody was willing to help. They went and got an older gentleman (Mike) to come help me who has apparently worked for Lowe’s for years and I spoke with him about the customer service I was given. He was great and if everyone took legit concern for customers like him I wouldn’t be writing this review and calling the corporate office. I don’t know if it’s just the generation we live in now or if this is how corporate Lowe’s now trains their employees to be but this experience with Lowe’s will be my last one. I know I’m just a drop in the bucket to their consumers but I cannot and will not continue spending my hard earned money somewhere where I’m treated like this. I spoke to Tamesha as I was leaving and told her my whole experience from start to finish and she apologized and I know it’s not her fault either but dang…it’s just sad that people really just don’t care anymore and this is what society has come to as the “norm” 🫤

    Terrible. Under staffed to the point they should just close their doors. If you’re looking for your customers, they’re at Home Depot.

    Waited 40 minutes for someone to come unlock a wheelbarrow for me whenever there is 6 people standing behind the counter goofing off
