  I have to shout out the excellent customer service I received at Leslie's from Sam the manager. He's super helpful and friendly. We had an issue with an under warranty pool cleaner needing repair a few times. To be fair, I think we use our cleaner more than average given our sandy back yard and a bunch of dogs who love to swim. In the end, we ended up with a new cleaner from the manufacturer. I'd definitely recommend buying your pool cleaner here in person rather than ordering from Amazon. I would have spent a bunch of time back and forth shipping with the manufacturer if we hadn't had a local service provider. Kudos to Leslie's

  Just purchased a hot tub and have no idea what I'm doing to maintain it. Brought in a water sample and was given a free water test. The associate (i cannot remember a name) was extremely helpful and walk me through everything that I need. I'll definitely be back. Great selection of chemicals and pool components but they do not have any spa filters. Great to have a local expert I can ask for help.

  My wife went in to buy a tri-vac vacuum head. They charged her 57.00 for the part. When I got home from work, I thought that it was kinda high. I called other pool stores, I was right. I called Aqua Vision and they were 10.00 cheaper. Then I called Paradise Pool and Spa, they had the exact same part for 19.99. If you need anything for your pool, I would recommend you check around before you buy at Leslie Pools. They tried to RIP ME Off.
