She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the right appliances for my home. Even though the store was extremely busy, she never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all my questions. Her customer service was exceptional, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. Lowe’s is lucky to have her!

After spending an hour on the phone with Lowes, they then transferred me to the original store (#3643) where I spoke to a manager. He basically told me to pound sand. What bothers me the most is that by allowing the exchange of the sealed items (2 Panasonic Bathroom fans) that I had purchased, for something just sitting in the store would cost them NOTHING! ZERO! What would it cost them by not doing an exchange? A very bad opinion of the company, this 1 star review & nothing to be bought from them in the future. Ex: Here is the brand new $1500 LG oven (photo) I bought a few days ago from Home Depot. Would I have even considered Lowes after this experience? Not a chance.
