He was funny, kind, and resourceful. I recommend Lowe’s outlet to everyone, simply because of the customer service that Mike the manager gave to me and my boyfriend while we were there. We can’t wait to get our new refrigerator tomorrow!!

All sales are final so they do let you open the box and look at it. It looked brand new like it had never been opened. It was still in the plastic. We were so excited, get it home. Nothing works. We were not able to see much because I could not get where I needed to go. The scooter is the type that has a huge basket on the front. Because this is an outlet store, there's really nothing in the store small enough to go in a basket, so they would be better served to get one of the scooters with a small basket or none at all, so the customer can get where they need to be.
