I am beginning to think that the person taking care of the plant section has no idea what they are doing. There are also several plants that are tucked on the regular racks in the back that need to be on the clearance rack because they’re dying and not cared for properly. When you ask for something to be discounted even though clearly it needs to be clearanced out they’ll tell you no because there’s no black line on it. They’d rather it die completely 🙄.

Went to the Lowe’s on Battleground and wandered around forever only to find they were out of stock, went to Home Depot and they had closed 30 minutes early. Decided to call Lowe’s on Cone to see if they could hold the item for me up front as it was less than 20 min before closing and we didn’t want to waste their/any time looking for it. Spoke to a super friendly employee who was able to quickly locate it and have it waiting for us up front. Thanks to this Lowe’s location we will be able to finish this job instead of carrying on into the following day. Thanks so much!!! 10/10 service!!!!

I was looking for something specific and Jacob stepped in right away and made everything right. He got me the correct pricing and truly made my whole experience amazing! Luci was also incredibly kind and helpful—honestly like Jacob’s little elf, jumping in to assist and making the process smooth and easy.
