    I came to your store on wendover from elmsley. That store didn't have what I needed in stock although they did the day before. So I went online and your store on wendover said you had 11 of the items I needed. When I got to the store there was zero items I needed. I pressed the button for assistance and no one came... It timed out so I pressed it again and no one came... So when that one timed out I went two isles over and pressed the button for assistance there... Still no one came. As I walked out I saw at least 5 employees hanging out together and a couple more individually standing looking at their phones. I told them that I had been trying to get assistance and no one seems to work here and I left. Crappy store... The one on elmsly is always helpful but the one on wendover should just shut down or hire some people who are not just going to try to hide all day and collect a paycheck... Waste of space.

    I called, AI transferred me to an actual human and they just hung up on me. My company is a 40 million dollar company. I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS STORE ANYMORE.

    Tried to call about cabinets & no answer. Call was tranferred to front desk. Lady said she was transferring me but phone rang for 15 minutes with No answer. I hung up & called back. She said oh yeah, is this Pam. NO it's not! Not the first time I have had this same issue with this Wendover location. It's every time I call! Their customer service is horrible. I called Battleground & spoke with an associate immediately & Greg was awesome to work with.

    Joshua Young helped me today. I had to purchase lumber. My contractor sent me to get it ordered and Joshua was amazing! He was patient, kind and very understanding which made my trip to Lowe’s less stressful. He has amazing customer service skills, hard worker and really shined an excellent light on Lowe’s! This young man deserves a raise!! Employees like him are worth hanging on to!

    Been sitting at paint section for 20 min now. Pressed the help button twice and asked for customer service to call someone. Still no help. On the way out to go to Home Depot I saw about 4/5 workers cuttin up and doing nothing. Pretty frustrating considering I hauled my 2 kids all the way over for no reason. My question was pretty simple too but I’m not a pro so I just needed some quick help. And then stupidly I continued on to ask someone else another question about cutting a pipe-like plastic and not one person out of 4 could answer the question. One man even said “that’s a red vest question”. Whatever that means. And walked away. Seller service guys 👍🏼 not sure if it was bc I am a woman with young children and no one wanted to take me seriously or it was shear laziness but super disappointing trip.
