- SKStephanie KrygerOct 28, 20211.0Service does not service. I called Leslies because they put in this pool from the previous homeowner. I scheduled to have my pool winterized almost a month ago. Numerous text messages were sent to confirm my appointment, I typed YES every time to confirm. An email was sent by the company stating I was all set with my scheduled appointment. It was supposed to be done from 12-5 on 10/26/21. I didn't receive any call or notification by 4:30pm so called the service department, they said the tech was at a job, had another job to go to then would get to me. I have no lighting in the pool shed and rescheduled the service for two days later. I called the service department at 6pm on the day of the rescheduled appointment and the customer service rep was unable to get a hold of the dispatcher to find out where the tech even was. Even he agreed this was a terrible way to win over a customer and lacked poor communication. Here I am at 7pm and no show, no call, no nothing. They may do a good job in their store but their service department is not doing well in customer service. I am going to give them one more chance, hopefully the third time is a charm. For right now, I am not impressed as they do not go above and beyond to service their customers.
