I had an urgent need to find a recliner lift chair for a friend who was being discharged from the hospital the next day after having very serious heart surgery 15 days ago.. I had inquired about renting one from a medical supplier but they’re closed on weekends. Having had previous positive customer experience with the Greensboro Lazyboy store..I decided to see what they could provide. I was transferred to. Saleswomen WENDY WEATHERINGTON who understood my situation and went above and beyond to solve the situation. She took pictures and videos of what she recommended and texted them to me on her personal cell phone. She made sure the chair we selected was a proper fit for the patient…. And allowed me to connect her to the patient’s family. Knowing my urgency, she selected only in stock chairs that could be picked up today at the store… of which happened before closing.. Wendy was my hero today!!! I can’t say enough about the outstanding and compassionate customer service from Wendy who made this her only priority. I think this speaks volumes of LazyBoy having employees who exemplify these character traits . I HIGHLY recommend this furniture store …this is my third experience with the Greensboro store and have always left feeling that i was well cared for …Laura F
