The team was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job from start to finish. I also want to thank John, the owner, for running a company that clearly values integrity and quality service.     I was excited to do business with God's Way Tree Service. I stopped at the business and set an appointment for estimate for tree trimming. Imagine my disappointment after taking time from work specifically for this appointment, driving 30 minutes to my home only to have no one there upon arrival. I waited 10 minutes then called the company and left voicemail. When I called the company, I was told the estimator had come 20 minutes early and left 10 minutes after his arrival due to an emergency. This was 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and my arrival. I was not notified of this early arrival or departure I had confirmed this appointment the day prior. This was a disappointing experience that resulted in a considerable waste of my time and resources. While emergencies are understandable, the lack of communication regarding the schedule change is unacceptable. The message that was left was so casual with no regard to the inconvenience this cause a potential customer.

    I worked with God's Way recently to have 4 trees removed and mulched. They are a great small business to work with. I will be using them again in the future for additional tree jobs. If you're looking for a great company with a great work attitude and work ethic you found your company.
