Imagine my disappointment after taking time from work specifically for this appointment, driving 30 minutes to my home only to have no one there upon arrival. I waited 10 minutes then called the company and left voicemail. When I called the company, I was told the estimator had come 20 minutes early and left 10 minutes after his arrival due to an emergency. This was 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment and my arrival. I was not notified of this early arrival or departure I had confirmed this appointment the day prior. This was a disappointing experience that resulted in a considerable waste of my time and resources. While emergencies are understandable, the lack of communication regarding the schedule change is unacceptable. The message that was left was so casual with no regard to the inconvenience this cause a potential customer.
