  Don't use Aptive. They charged my account despite my informing them I was canceling due to no longer being at the property and refused to refund. I was not satisfied with their service regardless, but it added more fuel to the fire of an already shitty situation. *EDIT* the company reached out and was able to refund the cancelation fee. I have added 2 stars for customer service after my complaint.

  Marquis is wonderful! He takes his time and is so very thorough. And he is always a pleasure to talk with. He takes such great care of us and we are very grateful. GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! 😁❤️

  So pleased to have Aptive as our go to for pest control. RJ was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We appreciate his expertise and the follow up after his visit! Would highly recommend Aptive - excellent and affordable service!

  I am giving this review because I am “Genuinely Happy” about the Technician’s Customer Service and Care of Property. I was at the hospital when notification came he was heading towards my home and I informed him of my situation, allowing the outside to be treated. All this was done texting. Once finished I was informed of treatment and status of the property upon him leaving. I was thinking they have another person like that Chris R. guy it seems, finally another “Awesome” worker. I found out it was Chris R. that had worked that day from reading his notes. I’ve never seen Chris, that I can remember. I called requesting he do my home. I was told he would be the one to come, but I got a few Reps. that would let someone know they are outside and when I return in minutes to request checking for moles/voles they are gone. A visit of five to ten minutes at most. They are very courteous people, just not as thorough as the young man Chris. I hope you all “Appreciate” how he represents Aptive. I don’t know if you will send Chris again, just know whom ever you send if they aren’t half as dedicated as Mr Chris I see no need to make a statement. I going to tell it as I see it truthfully. It would be nice if the company tried to honor request of their customers. Before making a statement about Mr Chris R.,. I found out from a Receptionist Chris was the Tech assigned several times previously. I’ve not been satisfied with the replacements. Thank you for a job Well Done Thursday. I want to thank the Company for honoring my request from Several months to allow Mr Chris to come back to the property. Oh, why are you sending someone Monday when Mr Chris was here Thursday? I couldn’t cancel online, reschedule only. Couldn’t leave a message Sunday. I hope I get to your person in time to cancel Monday 12/08/25.
