He knows and loves his job. I wanted a small unit and when I told him how much stuff I had he suggested a larger unit. I didn’t want it at all because I wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. My belongings fit in the unit he suggested with a little walk around room to spare. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a storage unit facility. Made me want to apply for a part time lol 😂
