- SDScott DienerFeb 25, 20265.0I rented a 10x30 climate controlled unit here. Victor was great to work with making rental process quick and easy. I have items that are sensitive to wide temperature swings. The temperature in my unit is reasonably constant. The coded entry gate and coded access to the climate control areas is a strong selling point. Did I mention the facility is tidy? The price is competitive and, in some cases, significantly less than newer facilities for units of the same size. If there is such a thing as a hidden gem in the storage unit industry, this facility is one amongst the flashy, multi-story facilities springing up everywhere.

He knows and loves his job. I wanted a small unit and when I told him how much stuff I had he suggested a larger unit. I didn’t want it at all because I wanted to keep the cost as low as possible. My belongings fit in the unit he suggested with a little walk around room to spare. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a storage unit facility. Made me want to apply for a part time lol 😂
