  Owner is great! Customer service is great! Would suggest AAA Storage to anyone. Very clean atmosphere.

  I have been a customer since this facility first opened. Have paid AAA at this location at least $8,000 in almost 4 yrs. Always paid. Very good customer. Also have paid them at another facility for almost 2 years. Always paid. About $4000.00 there. After giving them a good review praising their facility over others, the thanks I get is to raise my fee a second time in a year! They should be giving me a discount and thanking me for being a good longtime customer. I am surprised at this after just talking with executive management about how I moved from B Safe because of their constant rate hikes to a second AAA location. They should be ashamed, that is bad business practice. Way to treat your loyal customer, way to Go! AAA has made almost $12,000.00 from me!

  The customer service at AAA Self Storage is wonderful. Always welcoming, and happy to help me. I would definitely recommend AAA Self Storage to others.
