Amber was super helpful in explaining things such as the inspection process, future pool services, and things to expect when using their services. Because of her great customer service, I look forward to using their services in the future.
- RCRichard ClausenJun 22, 20181.0If you are purchasing any, ANY, high ticket item these folks do not do anything to stand behind their work. We had purchased a pool cleaner, $1800, and returned it to be serviced. Three weeks later, multiple none returned phone calls, I had to go in person to only be told they have broken the unit that was operational when dropped off. They stated nothing we can do on our end and gave the unit back in pieces. Though the selection is good, the guest service and credibility are to question. LOOK ELSEWHERE if you are spending serious cash if you expect great long term relations.
