    The customer service at the front desk was very disappointing. Dora and Emily were disrespectful and did not treat customers in a professional or courteous manner.

    Waited all day for a delivery that never showed. Even though they sent me a text message and email showing it was coming and that I had to wait because there was a four hour window of course then when I was an hour away from the window closing, they changed my order to the next day no explanation, Try to call customer service after getting through all the automated stuff I got through to someone who didn't identify themselves could've cared less whether my order came was on time or not. Had no explanation for why it didn't come the day. They said it was going to come even though I scheduled it two weeks out. I don't know if it's just a Lowe's in Goldsboro but someone needs to fix it because whatever is going on there their management is horrible. I don't think they have any and their customer service is definitely below one star there's no stars to tell you how horrible and rude these people are. Instead, I would try to go to a local hardware store instead. At least a mom and POP hardware store if there's some left or an Ace Hardware would have a little more personal service. I have to say I've been to Lowe's and other cities in the Triangle and they were better. I think Goldsboro Lowe's just has zero Management. If they do have a manager, they're not doing anything, I can't say this enough that the customer service there is subzero below standard! If you're brave enough to try to have a delivery, I would make sure and call a few times before you waste the whole day of work by staying at home and no one shows. I think for now they're getting away with all of this nonsense because there's no competition do yourself a favor and go to Smithfield Lowe's or wait for the new Home Depot to be built. I would avoid this Lowe's at all cost.

    Today, as a Pro Member who consistently spends significant amounts with Lowe’s, I visited the store intending to purchase materials and load them into my SUV under the designated loading zone. However, I encountered an employee who, in a rude and unprofessional manner, demanded I move my vehicle to the parking lot. When I asked for a moment, he bluntly stated he didn’t care. This location repeatedly demonstrates a lack of proper management, trained staff, and customer service. Every visit is plagued by difficulties, frustration, and incompetence. I strongly urge corporate to address these issues promptly, as such treatment of customers will harm business and drive away future clientele. I would advise fellow Pro Members and construction professionals to consider other locations until this is resolved.

    BRIAN MANAGER VERY VERY RUDE AND RACIAL PROFILED ME ME A DELIVERY DRIVER GAVE ME ATTITUDE IM A TRUCK DRIVER FOR 10 years IM VERY PROFESSIONAL I HOPE CORPORATE FIX THIS ISSUE I’M A TRUCK DRIVER. HE SAID OH WHY YOU SPANISH PEOPLE ALWAYS TRYING TO GET AWAY WITH THINGS WHICH I DIDNT KNOW WHAT HE MEANT ABOUT THAT… I WAS DOING MY JOB A DELIVERY TO THE STORE…. I WALKED OUT THE STORE QUIETLY
