  I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt this experience was important to share in hopes that the store sees it. My husband and I came today in looking for a second lamp to match one we had already purchased. We asked Ryan in the framing section for help, and he was incredibly kind, helpful, and willing to go out of his way for us. He stopped what he was doing and genuinely made the effort to assist us. His customer service alone would have earned this review 5 stars. However, our experience was overshadowed by the way his supervisor treated him. We’re not sure of the supervisor’s name, but he appeared to be in a higher position, middle-aged, dressed in all black, with black tattoos. While Ryan was helping us, this individual spoke to him in a very rude and disrespectful manner, almost as if he shouldn’t have been assisting us at all. It also seemed like he wanted Ryan to be doing something else rather than helping us, which made it feel like we were an inconvenience as customers for asking for help, on top of being rude to Ryan. The tone and interaction were uncomfortable enough that we, as customers, felt uneasy witnessing it. It was disappointing to see someone in a leadership role treat an employee this way, especially when that employee was doing exactly what he should be doing, helping customers. Ryan handled the situation professionally and kindly despite it, and we truly appreciated his help. We even offered him a tip, which he politely declined due to store policy, but he absolutely deserved recognition. I hope the store looks into this situation, both to recognize Ryan for being an excellent employee and to address how team members are being treated.

  Hobby Lobby has a lot of specialty products. Everything from drawing, painting, jewelry making, T-shirt decorating, and many in-between. There are mugs, kitchen items, specialty pictures and framing, several kids isles, including model making, seasonal decorations, sewing products with cloth, and so much more! It's a must visit if you or your kids have a creative side or you just want to pick up a last minute gift or decorate a part of your house. Overall, it is clean, has polite employees, and has a good amount of parking for the area.

  Hobby Lobby isnt somewhere we go a lot but when we do go, its magical! They have everything!! The store is so bright and inviting and always some sort of sale going on.

  The lady that answered the phone today was extremely unprofessional. I asked if an item was in stock and she said what item I proceed to give her the item number and cuts me off and says “no no no…” and starts running her rude attitude having mouth…. Learn to be professional.
