    This Lowes customer service pick up department is trash! I came into to pick up an order. There were two ladies there they didn't want to help me. They walked out then after waiting 10-15 minutes the manager with burgundy hair saunter's over with no sense of urgency or care with a lackadaisical attitude gets my order demands my ID it was horrifying. Nothing but trash. It is such a contrast from the customer service at Home Depot which is always 10 out of 10

    Ordered a generator a week before ice storm is supposed to hit to power space heaters for my family. Email confirmation said it would be ready for pick up by the day the storm was supposed to start and then available the day of the storm. After waiting all day with no contact that it’s ready I called the local store that I was to pick up at and was told that although it said it was arriving today the earliest any delivery for generators would be 5 days later which does nothing to help the situation. I check my account and it says it’s still arriving today. Apparently neither the store nor the online fulfillment no what the hell they are doing. Now my family has no means of heat during frigid temps heading into no power. As soon as I pay off my Lowe’s card I will be canceling it and never stepping foot in another Lowe’s again

    I am only giving 5 stars because of this wonderful lady named Jodie. During these chaotic times with today’s upcoming snow storm many workers seem understandably overwhelmed. Jodie on the other hand exhibited the best form of customer service I have ever received. She introduced herself and told us good morning without being asked. She noticed we had a space heater and asked if there were more left. We replied yes and she told us she just wanted to know in case other customers would want to know. Then I asked her where the flashlights were located and she gave me clear instructions. Unfortunately we weren’t able to find what we were looking for in the flash light section. 5 minutes later Jodie came and found us and offered us a better option for a flash light because she noticed we had a baby with us. We were able to get the LED lights she suggested. Jodie demonstrated what community really is during uncertain times. Her small act of kindness has changed my attitude for the whole day!
