Over the summer, I was helping my 95 year old Aunt arrange flower beds in her yard was a challenge, however with the variety of affordable flowers, plants, mulch and potting soil the yard was the talk of the block. Our flowers are still blooming and hopefully they survived the hard freeze we just experienced.

I am not in employee of Lowes, Lowes does not pay me to do the job of cashier. I REFUSE to use self checkout. I bought a mini socket set at the Lake Wylie location the other day, and unfortunately it wasn't what we needed for the job. It didn't fit, and I ended up taking everything apart to get to the part. I opened it and tried and lost the barcode in the process. I had the receipt, but when my wife went in to return it the lady said she couldn't take it because it didn't have the barcode! The product was on the receipt, but she rushed her off because a group of guys walked up behind her! My wife then called the store to ask to speak with the manager, after carefully reading the return policy. The same lady answered the phone and left us on hold for over 30 minutes.I know were poor, but not everyone is a thief and my wife said that's how she treated her! It's s Craftsman tool and we have the receipt! Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure we won't be spending our hard earned money at this location anymore!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
