- CBCrystal BreedloveAug 20, 20252.0Lady was nice. But I hoped to find somewhere that would let me ask questions and find out what works best for my system. Was told to go watch lots of YouTube videos & repeatedly told I shouldn't have converted my hot tub to salt water. When asking why, the answer was "its not recommended". Still asked why & got the same response except she added that its too small for salt water and that its only recommended for pools with hot tubs attached. Only help that was offered was to bring in a water sample, even after I said we were draining the hot tub to start over. I will find somewhere else to go so I can leave with the proper products and advice because I had hoped to leave with the products today to start over.

Apologized and said he found one at another store & having it shipped. 7 days later called back to store and cleaner had to.be ordered from factory. One lie after another. They have good water tester but service is beyond acceptable. Even admitted they service was less than desirable. Beware if you shop Leslie's
