The worst place I've ever been. Merchandise priced incorrectly and they even admitted it but wouldn't honor the price. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told there wasn't one and I'd be wasting my time anyways. Oh yeah I had 3 employee's trying to help me in the shower department but they were about as helpful as one legged man in an ass kicking contest.

Love Lowes but hate their 3rd party delivery service. I paid $79 for delivery . Delivery estimated between 9am to 3pm. I stayed home waiting and tracking the delivery of my order. At 9am they had 6 stops til my order. At 12 noon, they had 3 stops left, at 230pm they still had 3 stops. After 3pm I called the store. Apparently they have no control over deliveries. I was given a new time delivery at 530pm which I had another commitment. Supposedly I have to sign for my delivery. Im leaving a signed note to drop off my order of 80 bags of cement in my driveway. I hope they deliver otherwise my project will be delayed. Lowes needs to have more control of their 3rd party delivery vendors. Thx. Frustrated Customer

Wow! We thought we would call up to our Lowe's, to find out if they happened to have on their floor the new refrigerator we wanted. (We won't talk about their new AI assist operator which is A W F U L - no offense AI).) Back to the story..... We were transferred to the appliance department. And this absolutely amazing associate named Patricia helped us out. Her patience and understanding was beyond words. Let's just say we probably challenged her pretty well with all of our questions. By the time the conversation was over, a new refrigerator had been purchased! And believe it or not, from their warehouse, not even from that store, it's going to be delivered tomorrow. We didn't have to go back online and wade through all that fun. Instead, she was able to do all that on the phone, describing everything to us that we needed to know and asking us every question that really needed to be asked. She accomplished all of that in a short time, and we didn't even have to leave our house or go online. How cool is that???? 😆 just sayin.....

I visited Lowe's with my mother to order a window and two screen doors, and Jonathan was covering for someone named María. Since the windows needed customization, he couldn't access the system to place the order. We ended up waiting over an hour for someone else to arrive who could help. Meanwhile, María showed up after the hour and started assisting another customer who arrived after us, right as Chad finally arrived to assist at the same time. Chad was able to place the order, and Jonathan checked us out. Jonathan was professional and patient throughout, apologizing for the delay. It was a frustrating experience, and I think Lowe's could improve by cross-training employees to handle these situations better. It shouldn't be this complicated to place an order. Props to Jonathan for handling the situation with patience.

Stand around for 20 mins waiting for help only to be walked to the same spot where the product isn't at, then told I would be helped by someone else....off to home depot I go.
