Had a delivery set up for today and when the truck arrived because I have a tree next to the drive with some low hanging limbs he would not dump where I wanted because his truck would rub the limbs but said he would dump in driveway. He called his boss and did not deliver. Never had this problem before with any delivery.

My husband ordered triple shred mulch online to be delivered one Saturday, AM delivery preferable. Someone called to confirm earlier in the week and left a voicemail on my husband's phone. My husband called back at his next available opportunity and left a message confirming delivery for that Saturday. When Saturday arrived, we waited and waited for the delivery all morning. No one came, no one called. My husband finally managed to get someone on the phone who said no one would be coming to deliver our mulch since they never received confirmation of delivery, although my husband had left a message. That tells me that this company can't be bothered to listen to their messages. No big deal...my husband rescheduled for the following Friday, since we both had the day off work. Considering the previous week's disappointment, my husband called the day before the scheduled delivery to check the status. At that point, he found out that we would indeed not receive any mulch from this company. Although we received assurances the previous week that they would deliver on Friday, when the time rolled around, there was no one available to make the delivery. Not to mention, they weren't even going to call and let us know that no one would be coming to deliver, since my husband had to initiate the final communication. I have to say, this is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. So glad we were able to get a mulch delivery from a much better company (in just a few hours after ordering) after the fiasco of trying to work with this one.
