    As a Contractor I go to Lowe's as my 1 stop shop. But more and more of the items I usually buy are now "ONLINE ONLY". Electrical parts, some Plumbing parts, etc. This is bad business to start that, as I waste time because now I need to go elsewhere. So now my mindset is... Lowe's won't have it. This is happening more and more... I dread going there as finding employees to find things is getting worse. I guess Amazon will get my business now because Lowe's is getting really bad.

    Rhea at the front desk was amazing, it was 30 minutes to closing and she greeted and help me as if she had just came to work! I truly appreciate good customer services!!

    I checked their website to confirm that something was in stock at this location. When I got there, I was told which aisle the plug-in timers were located in (aisle 9). I went to aisle 9 to look for the specific item # was after only to find none. Thinking the 10 pcs might have been in the overstock area, I went to customer service to say I couldn't find the product. I gave the lady at customer service the item # and she said "Yes, we're supposed to have 10 pcs available, Let me call someone". She got on her 2 way radio to call someone in electrical, who said "Those are in aisle 9". I heard the dude say that & said "I checked, they're not there". The lady simply shrugged her shoulders. I said "Nevermind, I'll buy one from Amazon" and she smiled at me and said "OK, have a nice day". Horrible customer service!

    This location is pretty bad and this isn't from one or two visits. I've been going here over a year, and they never have what I need in stock. Specialty fasteners are a mess and one of the things I need the most although their selection is sadly limited. Items are deliberately stocked by employees in the wrong places, like they're trying to wrap up restocking quickly. It would be obvious if a customer put something back but you can tell when an entire box was unpacked in the wrong space. The bathrooms are disgusting and smell like weeks old urine, as if they haven't been cleaned (and they look like it too). Employees are rarely helpful or available. In another visit I waited 30 minutes to have some wire cut after they radiod for someone to meet me there. They didn't. I found someone who never worked the section and wasn't trained. Items aren't labeled properly, some don't even have labels. Want some lumbar? Hope you can guess which is which. They have only one saw and it's broke. "Lowes knows Pros" but if you're a DIYer Lowes couldn't care less.
