The highlight of any Lowes trip is that they still have the guys outside selling 1/2 pound hot dogs. No one else does that anymore.

"Associates" Bill and Donovan are the reason I'll be going to the superior Home Depot from now on. Donovan when a customer comes up to a "customer service" desk with a question about a part, telling them you'll be with them in about 30 minutes is a really bad choice. Whatever paperwork you were pretending to do could wait for my simple question to be answered. An no Bill, you're not all highly motivated employees, in fact I'd say the majority of the employees at this location showed a lack of any motivation overall. Not all but most. You just made another loyal Home Depot customer 🫡 so long and thanks for all the fish.

Employee WES (younger white male) at the paint station was extremely rude and provided exceptionally poor customer service. WES appeared unfamiliar with products and made it very clear — through both his tone and behavior — that he was not interested in assisting with additional paint, product, or color questions. When asked about the small VIRAL Lowe’s mini paint buckets, WES responded with visible agitation and annoyance. The mini paint buckets are popular online, and as someone with large social media platforms, I was interested in learning their intended use so I could share possible DIY ideas with my online community. Customers should never be made to feel dismissed for asking product questions. You never know who is walking into your establishment, and professionalism should be consistent for every customer. I was highly interested in purchasing several of the mini paint buckets today. However, after seeing firsthand what WES represents as Lowe’s customer service, I will not spend money at this location and will be sharing my experience. Due to how WES treated us, we sought assistance from another employee. Michael assisted us with our paint inquiries and was very kind, professional, and helpful. While Michael was assisting us, we observed WES being approached by a white family. His demeanor toward them was noticeably different — respectful, patient, and willing to help. The contrast in treatment was significant and concerning. I also called this location four times attempting to speak with a manager. Each time, I was transferred and left waiting approximately 4–5 minutes with no answer and no callback. On the fourth call, Elizabeth in Customer Service took down my information, listened to my concerns, and guided me on how to file a formal complaint. Michael and Elizabeth both provided excellent customer service, and I would like their professionalism to be recognized. Unfortunately, this experience suggests that Lowe’s has allowed WES to operate with the authority to mistreat paying customers without accountability, which is unacceptable.

Jilda/Gilda in cabinets is great. BUT, why can I not get through to anyone after I have called the store for over 30 minutes now and all it does is ring. I am trying to make a purchase over the phone with a particular associate concerning my dishwasher and no one at customer service can answer the phone? This is ridiculous.

My son and I went in there to buy some plywood, and Anthonio jumped right in to help us find the right wood and cut it down to the size we needed. He truly Was interested in the project we had on hand. He even asked us to come back and show him a picture of a finish product. So nice to see that there are people out there that still enjoy doing their job and know the value of customer service! Thank you again Antonio!!!
