I opened my shed, and there was a swarm of stinging flying things. Didn't stick around to find out what, as im allergic. I called Pro 1 and just a few hours later Lee Riggs showed up armed and ready to defeat! It took him a bit to find where the nests were as those things had been hiding out all winter. But he was determined to make sure I didnt end up with a trip to the ER. He was super friendly and awesome! He assured me he was close by if I saw anything still alive next time I open the shed and not to take any chances. Im very happy I called and didnt try to handle it myself. I recommend Pro 1 and highly recommend you ask if Lee Riiggs can do your service.

As expected I received a call from Lee Riggs, technician to confirm appointment and provided ETA as he was on the way. Lee arrived, introduced himself and asked if there were any issues. He explained his course of action for the quarterly service and started the service with explanation and recommendations. As a homeowner that has received Pest control for many years previously with a company now out of service, this is my first experience with Pro One Pest Control since they started in January 2025. At the time of scheduling your appointment, we will inform you in advance of any necessary preparations you need to make for your convenience.

Yes, we prioritize the safety of our clients and their pets. We use only EPA-approved chemicals that are known to be safe for residential use.
