Had someone I went in with looking for a 8” walk behind mower wheel and no one in the store knew anything about their own products in the store. Suggested a wheel that didn’t even have the right teeth to grab the self propelling part of the mower. Turns out person was floor manager if anyone should have known the store’s product one would believe it should have been the store manager. So many stores these days rather have their people stock than care about their customers one would think they would want customers returning not staying away because of their lack of knowledge on their own products and can’t even help their clientele.

Unbelievably poor run Lowes with TERRIBLE customer service. Never been to a store that literally has 10 signs saying ALL 2 QT Perennials 2 for $10 then the manager says not "those" Perennials (with clear 2qt tags) saying they are NOT 2 qt AND is does not apply to that brand. Looked at sign again and it says ALL. Try another Lowes, at least the manger may not be totally rude. As a Lowes Pro member, I know next time I need a larger order I will try Homedepot

I went to Lowe's with my husband thinking it can't be that bad oh my God yes we sat in the aisle for 25 minutes had them page the person that worked in the department three times finally my husband went up and asked for a manager the manager came over and then all of a sudden the other three employees covering that section showed up the manager left us working with the employee who is covering that department at 20 minutes of him trying to figure out how to use the computer and play see order he told us he would have to call each store and have 20 or 30 items brought in at once and between all of them they still didn't have the 450 square feet my husband asked can't you just place an order with the vendor for 450 square feet of ceiling tile to which they said no I am dumbfounded by the idiocracy of the people that work in the store not all of them there are a few good employees there I wish for City had a different vendor Like Home Depot that we could go to
