Today, I give Lowe's 5 stars! My sister and I went to Lowe's for some shelving. As we looked for an associate to help I spotted Hannah with the beautiful hair. She was absolutely fabulous! We set up a delivery with Lowe’s for our bathroom remodel. Setting up and ordering the materials went smooth at the pro desk. Several problems with the delivery however. The notes on the order said to call 30 minutes before delivery so I could be home to receive the delivery or the contractor could be. Both numbers were provided. Neither were called. My security cameras alerted me to the delivery. Items were thrown in my carport and damaged when I arrived home, probably from the careless way they were put down. Additionally, there were several things in the order I did not receive and several items delivered that I did not order. Including an entire bathroom vanity. Drywall was damaged, glass shower door damaged, and tiles damaged. And the bag of mortar was ripped open and the powder that fell out was put in a shopping bag and left with the damaged, open mortar. Completely unacceptable.

I went into Lowe’s on Good Middling drive to purchase some wood items for my backyard. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from Javion and Antonio. They took the time to help me with heavy items, and they assisted me in getting my items to the saw area for cutting. There, Christian went above and beyond in making sure I left as a happy customer. My items were cut perfectly, and Christian was so considerate in making sure everything was right. These young men did such a great job in helping me. They even made sure my items were strapped in and secure in my truck before I left the store. I cannot say enough good things about how friendly and considerate they were. Lowe’s is lucky to have such great help. I felt seen and heard and looked after. Customer service is the most important part of retail, and Javion, Antonio, and Christian understand that and should be commended. Thank you so much for your kindness.
