- JEjanet easonApr 5, 20263.0good selection but the return policy is set up to ensure they don't have to issue any refunds or exchanges. careful what you buy because it's most likely yours no matter what the issue with it is! i'd try home depot first, MUCH better return policies!!
- RRRufusApr 2, 20262.0As a customer for over a 6 years, I don’t shop at this location anymore because I am uncomfortable with those Flock Cameras they installed. This Lowes is perfectly fine but those Flock cameras got to go. I understand the purpose for security, but those Flock systems has gotten some controversy for allegedly bad privacy practices. For those that don’t know, those cameras record 24/7 getting info like your face and license plate as you enter and leave its monitored area. They’re all over Fayetteville, meaning they can track your entire activity anywhere that has these systems installed. Since it records 24/7 all over the city, it can track every street you drive through that has these cameras and figure out your weekly routine if the monitors want to.

Atleast 6 associates walked past or avoided interaction with me in order to not have to deal with me. This forced me to return everything I had purchased because I couldn't fit the wood in my vehicle. This felt like this was the worst experience I have had here and this fully pushed me to go somewhere to find a place to at will reliably start my home project. I submitted a survey to corporate so they too know the associates at this location are too scared to be there for their customers.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
