The first employee completely ignored me at first then told me I needed to go ask someone in windows and doors. The gentleman there then proceeded to lie to me and say the saw was down. I tried one more employee and was notified someone would come help. That never happened. I had planned on spending upwards of $500 in that one trip, with expectation to return. I guess I will take my business to Home Depot.

There's a nice old lady that works at the self checkout aisles who is really nice to everybody and does her best with every customer. But all that said, you should definitely go somewhere else for installations. You might think using your Lowe's credit card is convenient because you can pay for the materials and labor at the same time but don't do it. Go anywhere else but here.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order.
