- SDSherri Davis3 days ago5.0I went into Lowe’s on Good Middling drive to purchase some wood items for my backyard. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service I received from Javion and Antonio. They took the time to help me with heavy items, and they assisted me in getting my items to the saw area for cutting. There, Christian went above and beyond in making sure I left as a happy customer. My items were cut perfectly, and Christian was so considerate in making sure everything was right. These young men did such a great job in helping me. They even made sure my items were strapped in and secure in my truck before I left the store. I cannot say enough good things about how friendly and considerate they were. Lowe’s is lucky to have such great help. I felt seen and heard and looked after. Customer service is the most important part of retail, and Javion, Antonio, and Christian understand that and should be commended. Thank you so much for your kindness.

- CSCandace SantiagoJan 23, 20263.0I picked up 4 boxes of the Frost King Window Insulation Kits among other things. I ordered it the night before and it was ready for pick up at a convenient time. The 4 boxes were brought in a plastic bag tied securely. When I arrived at my parents to give them a box for the upcoming storm I saw that 2 boxes were damaged and one was open at the top and bottom. That box was missing the tape required to properly install. There were over 100 of these items available, so I cannot understand why these 2 were picked. The young lady who brought it out was friendly and it may not have been her who packed it, but it would be nice for someone to double check that what is being picked up is something you yourself would be satisfied with. I was so aggravated and it wasn’t worth the gas money to even drive over there again. Hopefully the duct tape I already have works.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
