Was the best.
Very helpful. He was busy with an order but took his time to help me find Christmas lights and decor.
This is the second time he’s helped me.
My toilet was clogged for three days. On the verge of calling a plumber. He suggested a toilet auger from Lowe’s and bam my toilet was unclogged.

When I went into the store earlier, some old man had like a Chihuahua in his shopping cart. And it absolutely would not shut up you could hear it across the entire store and it went on for at least 15 minutes on and off of the dog yapping and whining so absolutely loud you could hear it across the entire store. It was impossible to ignore.

Never again will I order from Lowe’s to have ANYTHING delivered. In fact, I’ll be hard pressed to ever shop Lowe’s again. I ordered 5 large rolls of carpet to be delivered. They were supposed to call. I pulled up at the house, without a phone call, only to see the delivery man getting in his truck to leave. I noticed all 5 rolls of carpet are sitting in the middle of the front yard. He said he tried calling. The number he called was some strange number I’d never seen. He also informed me he only drops off and refused to help me bring the rolls into the house. Since when is it acceptable to leave carpet in the yard? Also, the rolls don’t even show which roll is 10’, 18’, 12’, or 14,! The 12’x4’ is obvious. A correct number is stamped in big bright numbers on each roll. If you ever order for delivery from Lowe’s you might want to make sure you have your own movers ready to carry your items inside away from theft or rain.

Riddle me this...why would lowes not price match themselves? Maybe im dumb, but I think its stupied to charge different prices between the app and the store. On the app an item i wanted was 9.98 I went in to get it. In store it is 13.98. The manager refused to override it. Told me I would have to order it for 9.98 then they could just give it to me. Sure seems easy enough. I was going to do that, but then I needed to re enter my card info to the app. I didnt have my purse I was just going to tap. Sure I could have pulled up my banking app, a d copy and pasted all the info, but why should I have had to do that? Why couldnt the item just be priced the same? To encourage online shopping? So you just dont want anyone in the store, but still want people to spend money. What about people who dont online shop? Or the ones who dont know how? They are just stuck paying more? Seems wrong. Seems like a legal way to steal. Ive never had an issue with lowes so this really just kicked me in the pants. LOWES YALL NEED TO DO BETTER.!!!!!! Thats just wrong. I will tell everyone that will listen to just go somewhere else. Its not worth it.
