- AYAnon Ymous6 days ago1.0I waited 40 minutes for someone to show up to the woodcutting station and no one came. I asked twice for someone to be called to the station and no one came. Atleast 6 associates walked past or avoided interaction with me in order to not have to deal with me. This forced me to return everything I had purchased because I couldn't fit the wood in my vehicle. This felt like this was the worst experience I have had here and this fully pushed me to go somewhere to find a place to at will reliably start my home project. I submitted a survey to corporate so they too know the associates at this location are too scared to be there for their customers.

Only to find out they are now closing at seven but hadn’t changed their hours online yet. And as soon as we walked in, they were like “we close at seven!” I let them know that “it said 8 o’clock online”, and they rudely said “well it says seven on the door.” But how would we even know that if we got their hours from Google…??

He is very much alert and pays attention because we had not asked for help but most certainly needed the help. He helped us find what we needed even with our uncertainty of what we thought we needed. It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
