I came in to buy a leaf blower. The associate who helped was very friendly.
But when I got home to charge it, we noticed the box was already previously opened, and there was someone else’s name written on the warranty pamphlet. The charging station worked, the battery would not even indicate a charge. Took it back, they did issue a refund.
I went to a different Lowe’s in town to purchase the same leaf blower a few days later and it was on sale for $50 cheaper, so, I guess, it all worked out?

As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
