- ABAngie BarefootSep 23, 20251.0We purchased a motor $812 on 2/11/25. It’s 9/23/25 and the motor has issues. It’s not been even a year. Getting customer service at this place is ridiculous. They are rude and clueless on anything. I had to show proof of our purchase and now it’s going to take 2 weeks or more before we can replace the motor. We will never do business with them again. We went with them on the price - we should have went to our pool Hallmark and just paid the extra cost. We wouldn’t even have this issue with them. Do not do business here if you want someone who knows what they are doing. They are a joke.

I appreciate their professionalism and real-person demeanor. They don't try to sell you on things that you don't need. Their water tests are in line with the strip tests use and they've always had the supplies I've needed. They can also get major equipment they may not have in stock within a few business days. Love not having to make multiple trips. Most recently, they were able to give me an extremely reliable pool servicer, New Water Pools, LLC, who took care of an installation project I needed. New Water Pools were fast, affordable, and professional in their service, as well. Thank you again for another successful pool season, Leslie's!
