- ABAngie BarefootSep 23, 20251.0We purchased a motor $812 on 2/11/25. It’s 9/23/25 and the motor has issues. It’s not been even a year. Getting customer service at this place is ridiculous. They are rude and clueless on anything. I had to show proof of our purchase and now it’s going to take 2 weeks or more before we can replace the motor. We will never do business with them again. We went with them on the price - we should have went to our pool Hallmark and just paid the extra cost. We wouldn’t even have this issue with them. Do not do business here if you want someone who knows what they are doing. They are a joke.

I had bought all my products from them with the guarantee that I would not have algae and if I did they would fix it in there dime. I have taken my pool sample as required the entire summer and my pool with pics has become greener and greener. I still put all the recommended pool chemicals. Somehow within one week difference my pool went from having way too much to no chlorine.
