- LHLahn HennNov 17, 20254.0Well, this is an interesting situation. I agree that I found the perfect chair and was ok with the price. I am conflicted due to an issue that arised as we took delivery. The persons helping with delivery inadvertently broke the chair and is now waiting for repair. It will be another two weeks before enjoying my new chair. Stay tuned

They came and fixed it yesterday (11/13/25) and the same part broke again last night. Very disappointed with this $3700 recliner. Now I have to wait until next Thursday for them to come out and see what is wrong and order parts again. I do not recommend La-Z- Boy at all.

The chair was already $2400 with everything included and then I got a call saying that I needed to pay 60 more dollars to cover the motor in the #Warranty. I was not pleased about that But otherwise, everything went well
