Most recently I was experiencing a tight situation due to the government furlough and pay inconsistency. The previous manager (Julia) provided no sort of assistance, but the new manager Christa has been a lifesaver. She assisted me and showed compassion to my situation and has the best attitude and disposition. Thank you Christa for an excellent customer service experience!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

My husband went to check our unit and there happened to be an issue from the connected unit. Julie quickly addressed it, handled it and let staff know for the next day what was going on. Everything went smoothly. Then Julia called us to follow up and make sure everything was okay and went well! She went above and beyond from day one and we greatly appreciated her help and how quickly everything was handled! Even with the mishap, we’ve still had a great experience and would highly recommend this storage facility and would direct people to Julia if there’s any questions or issues!
