- MMMichael MICHAELLDec 5, 20255.0If you call anyone else for the services these gentleman provide, you are making a mistake! Cape Fear Chimney Sweep makes all others look like beginners. I had an issue with gas fireplace logs and a pilot light. Kevin and Jimmy quickly diagnosed the issue and didn’t stop until they were satisfied with the pilot light function! Another company suggested replacing the gas valve and didn’t really try to resolve the problem. Cape Fear Chimney Sweep are not parts changers! They will find the problem, repair it, and only replace parts when absolutely necessary! On top of that, they are very professional and very respectful of the area in your home where they are working! I will always call Cape Fear Chimney Sweep!

Before the scheduled appointment, I received updates on possible schedule changes. They arrived early and immediately got to work. The job was quick and both gentelmen were engageing and respectful of my property. Not only did they provide the services of inspecting and cleaning the chimney, they provided maintenance recommendations for the exterior of the chimney. Plud, provided clear instructions on how to properly operate the fireplace. If I need this service again, I will definitely call Cape Fear.
