My situation was a bit complex as I needed to rent the space for my son so when I first called, Julia answered all of my questions and even sent me a potential reservation email so I could share all the information with my son. Once my son confirmed that the 10x30 was ideal for his situation, I was then able to work with Ashley in order to set up the account, pay and sign all the necessary paperwork and secure the storage unit. Ashley made certain I understood next steps, hours of operation, how to download the app, and what to do if I needed further assistance. Both customer service advisors were extremely polite, informative as well as professional every step of the way. Thank you for your assistance today and I look forward to meeting you both in person one day. Cheers to a happy new year!
