Had a really bad experience with customer service desk today. The rep name Amberline couldn’t pull up the items using the card they were purchased with after several attempts. Instead of calling someone to assist her to resolve the issue she pretty much yelled at me saying “they are not pulling up, what do you want me to do?”. It was a pretty unexpected reaction from her, weird even. Extremely unprofessional.

We misplaced our keys and were walking the store when Dalton approached and asked if we needed help with something. We told him our situation he informed associates of the misplaced keys and helped us look until we located them. Shout out to Dalton for going above and beyond.

I had a frustrating experience at Lowe’s. When I asked Robin for help, she seemed uninterested and unwilling to assist. I felt dismissed instead of supported.
Another employee, Jess, appeared to spend a lot of time socializing and walking around the store instead of assisting customers. During my visit, it was difficult to find staff who were actively helping shoppers.
Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience.
I don’t know what’s happening with this Lowe’s but the work ethic is not there everyone is uneducated about the things they are selling at the store I asked the manager for help and he didn’t even know where things were at I can’t remember his name I think it was Aron or something like that he walked a way so fast I couldn’t really see his name

A lot of stuff, but most staff don't know where anything is, or even what items are for. I was searching for a bidet I saw on website, stated it was in store, finally hunted down employee, he finally located it on top shelf in a large box and said, "you don't really want me to get that down do you?"What?!!! Of course I did! I told him that was the entire reason I was in the store and had as of then spent nearly an hour searching for the item. He then stated that "it is in a big box on the top shelf and hasn't been priced yet." To which I answered, " So you have the item I want to purchase , but you won't sell it to me?" Yeah, he just shrugged his shoulders. Wow, I mean WOW!!! I left and went across the street to Wallmart and bought it there. LOWES, YOU CAN DO BETTER! TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!

How do I check my order status?

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
