We got stared at and an old lady at the register in the lumber department yelled at my son and I , if we paid for the mini fridge!! We were already out by the canopy. I had to come back in. She was with a customer when she yelled at us !!! I said , yes we did ! She said i have to see your receipt!! We have never been stopped by anyone while leaving any Lowe's in tbe area.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
