I.E, product placement, what would be better to use then another instead of looking in an area less than you just to say guess we dont have it. Besides that people are friendly and help you if they can. Prices aren't bad for what your getting either. One thing that is something to be improved on is checking out. It's either one end of the store or aaaaaallllllllllll the way on the other end of the store to go to a register. Even after the mile walk with stuff you wait an hour because your on line with the contractors or waiting forever on self checkout that seems to always have 1 or 2 registers working out of 8 which one of them usually always has problems so in reality its just 1 register. But also add to it the people that wind up not really knowing what to do so that stacks your timeline there also. It's a bit of a shame because of a very small amount of things that if we're corrected/improved would make it alot better in my opinion and that's what should be looked at alittle bit more......the average person that goes there to shop too not just contractors and construction, plumbing or any other business! Think of it like this, would you want to use a gravel road all the time cause its quick or the paved because its nicer regardless if it took a bit longer to get to???
