- HGHannah GlassDec 7, 20251.0On 12/6/2025, I received a delivery from Aaron's for the refrigerator I leased. The lease I signed was for the Samsung French door. However, the delivery team installed a different unit: a Whirlpool French door. Crucially, the delivery team did not point out the change, and the fridge was already installed when I noticed the difference. This clearly demonstrates an intent to deceive a customer and breach the signed contractual agreement. I only realized the mistake when I checked the model number on the unit against my lease. I have a signed contract for a specific item, and Aaron's delivered a substitute without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse, when I received my first bill, I noticed my account was being charged for TWO refrigerators. They had added an unauthorized second lease/charge to my account. I had to personally call and speak with the manager, to have the fraudulent second fridge charge removed from my lease and bill. This combination of delivering the wrong, cheaper item and simultaneously trying to overcharge me for an item I never received shows an unacceptable pattern of dishonest and potentially fraudulent business practices. I strongly urge any potential customers to verify all model numbers on their items against their signed contracts before signing the final delivery paperwork. How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
