I needed help in the yard machinery area the associate was walking by I said excuse me sir he looked at me and walked away I followed him to get his attention and he went to the department where the dog toys are and started talking to three other employees so I approached them and stood there waiting for someone to ask if I needed help a man finally in a blue manager vest looked at me annoyed and I said I need help in the chainsaw dept he said what’s over there is all we have and continued his conversation with the other employees so I walked away to find another employee and every time I saw one they noticed me walking towards them and walked they other way. I got annoyed and just left my buggy behind with other items I was gonna purchase and left the store. In the last six months I have spent over 4k buying items for my home but I’m done with them now

When leaving I wanted to buy the 12" miter saw slider on discount for 645$ ? When loaded I was told that the peticular saws left on display were more, with no explanation why. . I was told they could go find the other one, not on the displayed promotion but I was very busy. Found the EXACT same kit 100+ cheaper no hassle at the depot. 500+. I appreciate many of the staff working there and generally have good experience but thier services have diminished, organization is dwindling and overall less excited about going there
