Horrible customer service. I purchased a new washing machine and got it home, had a huge dent in the side of it. Kevin from appliances thought the situation was funny and laughed about it on the phone when I called to ask about exchanging it. Brittany from appliances was great to work with when purchasing the washing machine. But her co-workers were not.

Now that Lowe's uses third party delivery company they just don't care if they drop your load in big puddle water, leave out in rain, ect I've had both. One day I ask what happened because all the sudden the drivers literally acted like they wanted to drop your stuff and leave without caring what it did to the product or if made your life harder. I buy everything I can online or from one of the locally owned stores now and if it has to be delivered under no circumstances will I buy from lowes
Bring back Lowe's employees delivering items I know two other contractors that feel the same way so not just me, they actually suck

Worst Lowes ever! Everytime you go in there the associates are never available. Yesterday I went in to purchase serval hundred dollars worth of items. I needed help in the yard machinery area the associate was walking by I said excuse me sir he looked at me and walked away I followed him to get his attention and he went to the department where the dog toys are and started talking to three other employees so I approached them and stood there waiting for someone to ask if I needed help a man finally in a blue manager vest looked at me annoyed and I said I need help in the chainsaw dept he said what’s over there is all we have and continued his conversation with the other employees so I walked away to find another employee and every time I saw one they noticed me walking towards them and walked they other way. I got annoyed and just left my buggy behind with other items I was gonna purchase and left the store. In the last six months I have spent over 4k buying items for my home but I’m done with them now

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
You’ll receive an email with pickup instructions and the location of the store you selected when your order is ready. You can pick up your order during store operating hours at the designated pickup area. Just provide the order confirmation email or order number with your photo ID (state driver’s license, military ID or state ID). For your protection, only the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card may pick up the order.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Most (but not all) items can be returned within 90 days. If you bought something from Lowes.com, you can start a return online in your Order History before shipping it back to us. For in-store returns, you’ll be asked to provide proof of purchase at the customer service desk. The return barcode for the order works, too, and can be found on your Order Details page.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
