Do not buy from the store, they are impossible to deal with. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing about a storm door and handle over a month ago, with paid for installation,, but after three trips to Lowe’s and three telephone calls and several emails. They said the handle is on backorder till March but it’s in the store, where they found it the third time. It was there, has always been there, with my name on it. They put it with the door and said the installer would call me which that was two weeks ago now I’ve been on the phone on hold for two days in a row and no installer no help. Unable to give zero stars.

Excellent Lowes. Everything is organized and the employees are friendly. I had loaded about 10 bags of topsoil onto a cart and was on my way out the door when an employee flagged me down and asked if I needed help loading them into my truck.

I purchased a top of the line Christmas tree Taped up in a nice box to look like it was brand new When I got at home and took it out of the box, I noticed it had tinsel and ornaments on the branches The lock screw is missing and low and behold, so is the foot device that allowed you to change the lights. I tried calling the store five different times and let it ring for about 10 to 12 minutes each time Not one person answered the phone The AI bot was useless. I can’t believe your store could read box and try to reach sell a used Christmas tree, knowing it was defective
