Subject: Formal Complaint - Poor Service and Refusal of Cosmetic Credit (Store: Durham, NC)
"I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Durham Lowe's location regarding a recent purchase of a Samsung Microwave (Item #1692925).
After the labor-intensive process of installing the unit, I noticed several dents on the side of the door. I went to the store and personally showed the staff photographs of the damage on the door. Despite providing clear evidence of the defect, the store refused to offer a reasonable solution, such as a 'cosmetic damage' price adjustment.
Their only response was that I had to uninstall the microwave myself and bring it back to the store for an exchange.
I find it unacceptable and disrespectful of a customer's time to expect double the labor for a faulty product that arrived damaged from the store.
I am very disappointed that my evidence was ignored and that no flexibility was shown to resolve this simple issue. I expected better service from a company like Lowe's."

Aundray was great! Top tier customer service and the reason I didn’t leave disappointed. He is a huge asset to you all.
I came in today to get roundup using the buy one get one deal. The “get one” option was showing in stock online but I couldn’t find it. Aundray took the time to help me even though I could tell he was busy. I would have been really disappointed to leave without what I came for, but he took the initiative to find an outdoor associate (KJ) who could help find the product up on the top shelves and get it taken down and stocked. Both of them were awesome - very professional, friendly, and willing to help. Two others from the outdoor staff were a huge help as well but I didn’t catch their names unfortunately. Overall, great experience at Lowe’s today, largely due to Aundray’s hard work and professional attitude.
