Jeanne listed and explained solutions to my error and then walked me step by step through fixing it. This is my first experience with using a storage unit and Jeanne has ensured that should I ever need one again that I’ll look for the green extra space logo first. The deal promotion I signed on with lasted for 3 months before I was moved to the regular rate. The unit was clean and mostly assessable (large step into hallway before unit). Big thanks to the whole crew at this location as I’m sure Jeanne is not the only fabulous one there!
