While Claire was helpfully showing us some options, Kirk came by, looked at the pictures of our kitchen on my phone, and said he thought they could fix it. My husband took the light down and I brought it in the Friday before Thanksgiving. Jay took a look and said he thought it was fixable. I asked if there was any chance it could be done by Thanksgiving and they said they'd try. An hour after I got home Kirk called to say it had already been repaired. We picked it up and rehung it the same day -- and the price was extremely reasonable. They also figured out the best light bulbs for the fixture, which they had in stock. Five stars? How about ten?! These guys are friendly, easy to work with, and they know their stuff!
