    I was so disappointed I spent $5000. in blinds for my house and it's been 5 months and I can't get the job completed and can't get my money back.i paid for measuring but they keep asking me what size blinds because they keep ordering the wrong blinds. I've asked for a manager 10 times but they never call me back and the Lowe's CEO office doesn't have a contact number. They stole my money.

    Don’t waste your time coming to this location if you need sheet goods cut to fit in your vehicle, because the panel saw can’t be used to do the only thing it’s designed to do.

    We shop here quite often since we have an account and we do maintenance for several apartment complex and townhomes. Staff and customer service is rude and poor. Today was the lady at the window and door department, who made us wait for more than 30 min. Before we had to find help from someone else. Its like they walk away when they see you need help.
