I walked by her to ask a question but she didnt look like she wanted to help me even though she was at the customer service desk. Then a guy at the isle said he didnt want to think about anything so he told me to go away. This customer service Goliath lady yells at me across 20 people to see what I need. Sure you can help me but the way she asked me was so obnoxious and rude. Filing a complaint against her soon. Lowes please look into the Goliath. Trust me you'll find her poor at customer service.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
