The corporation that controls this location will jack up your rates every few months. In the course of two years, I went from paying $70 to $236 per month! They tell you that the initial rate is an "introductory" rate - what they don't tell you is that they will raise it every three or four months until you're paying more per square foot than an luxury apartment. We are literally getting a bigger apartment with another bedroom because it's cheaper than Extra Space. Don't waste your money on this place.
