    They have to get a grip on curbside and pickup staffing. I order every week and it never goes smoothly - wait 10-15 min a curbside, go inside and no one is at desk, etc. several others in same situation every time.

    Margarita and Curtis were the best customer service I have ever received!! Helped me with a cabinet that was out of stock, and sold me the display at a discount since it wouldn’t be restocked. I’m so appreciative and amazed at the help without even having to ask for it!

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We needed a new over range microwave and needed help. First lady kept telling us we just needed a spacer kit. This was before we even started talking about the actual microwaves. After I finally told her we needed someone who could answer questions for us, she walked off and started talking to a group of coworkers lounging in the appliance section. Someone else walked by and asked if we were being helped and I told her I wasn't sure because the person we were talking to wandered off. Eventually we picked a microwave (with no help) that was in stock on their website and had a delivery date of 2 weeks (I think). We went to order it and were told it was out of stock. We needed to decide on another model so we left. When we went back a couple of days later, there was a different salesperson. She was not an appliance salesperson but was the only person we could find. She couldn't answer any of our questions without asking her "AI app". We finally ordered a microwave and set the delivery for 2 weeks. When the day came we got a call saying it was "delivered damaged" and they would get another one and call us when it was ready to install. We waited for the call but it never came. Finally Lowe's canceled the order, we got a refund. My husband went somewhere else where we were able to get delivery and installation scheduled immediately. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE DENVER LOWE'S LOCATION AT ALL.

    Great store. Friendly staff. Jordan the manager and Heaven helped me with my new grille purchase. Answered all my questions and helped me load it in my vehicle. I would recommend this store if you need anything for your home not just a grille. Thank you

    After, trying for several days, to speak to someone on the phone regarding an online order, my husband and I stopped by the store today. Luckily, NIGEL was working in order fulfillment - and even while helping several other customers, we received more answers from him in just a short amount of time than we did from making several phone calls, being placed on hold multiple times and never being able to speak with a customer service manager. NIGEL is awesome! He was able to get the answers to our questions. He was professional, friendly and we appreciated his help so much. TBH, I would have rated the customer service department a 1-star prior to our encounter with Nigel today - but he was so helpful, I changed my review to 5-stars because of him. Thanks Nigel!!
