    Every time I buy some kind of appliance and even if you buy a warranty, there’s always seems to be an issue and you gotta jump through hoops to try to get it fixed. I have talked to LG on the phone. I have talked to Lowes on the phone one blames the other can’t figure out which ones supposed to help fix the problem Had my appliance less than 45 days. Wouldn’t recommend buying any appliances from Lowe’s or LG customer service is bad on both

    I genuinely love the Denver Lowe’s but I have to give this negative review to warn others about deliveries. I would typically choose my own lumber at the store and bring it home myself but I needed quite a few 2x4’s and had hurt my back so I opted for home delivery. I assumed I’d get a few boards that would’ve less than ideal since I wasn’t choosing them myself so I ordered some extra. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that none of the lumber would be useable. I’ve never even seen this poor of quality in the aisle. It’s almost as if they have a pile somewhere of the ones they can’t sell and use them for suckers like me who have them delivered. They weren’t even all the same length. Very disappointing.

    I come here to exchange kobalt handtools they are hassle free LIFETIME GUARANTEE and the lady at customer service give a hard time to swap the damaged items for the new ones and I’m surprised because is the first time I got this type of issue look like the lady at customer care doesn’t know much about kobalt guarantee first and last time coming here is the first location that give problems with this.

    Ordered a brand new Washer and Dryer set, paid for all suggested/recommend accessories, installation, delivery, and was told at delivery they did not have a stacking kit. I called back to try to resolve the issue, happy to pay for the actual kit, but literally same day they demand I pay another $80 for "delivery" I tried to talk out the issue, mentioning the kit was never shown or offered a single time during the purchase/delivery/installation process. Would it not make sense to offer a stacking kit when paying thousands of dollars for a stacking washer and dryer to be installed?? Instead of offering any sort of remedy or assistance, the employee took the weirdest possible inflammatory stance of saying "you're shouting at me" at a completely normal volume? Then said you're on a recorded line, like a threat? I would love for Lowe's to post the recording in response, I would be so happy for anyone to see what counts as "shouting" when she took that aggressive stance instead of working out any sort of alternate plan. I have problems with 1. the install team not showing up in the 4 hour window, they did text when 30 minutes out. 2. the entire process neglecting to mention or offer a stacking kit, why would you not make that an easy always suggested item? Why not say "hey in case you forgot" at some point? Maybe I'm the rube here but I simply thought buying a stacking washer and dryer and clicking yes on everything suggested to me to purchase would give me a stacked washer and dryer 3. Just how quickly the employee on the phone took a really aggressive tone as if to escalate intentionally? Extremely unnecessary I guess it's "only" $80 but the entire principal of the situation is just really sticking with me.
