I asked about a certain item on the front page of the paper and she told she doesn’t know but I could go look around maybe outside somewhere to find it.? I’m flabbergasted I was at least expecting help to find it or get me to someone else who could. For a customer who spends thousands in this place customer service goes a long way.

Aisle 435 Bay 2, of course nobody knew where that was but it was by by the front registers in the garden area. Once again, great price on the potting dirt, caught it on sale with a discount. So now its just mixing soil & planting.

I came in last minute needing help with a project I was working on with my child, and Brandon went above and beyond. He was friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He not only helped me figure out what I needed, but also cut the lumber perfectly for my project. In a time where good customer service can be hard to find, this really stood out. It made the experience smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciated it.
